Scouts will be scouring universities, taking pictures and uploading them on the facebook site as well as holding exclusive Best Dressed launch parties at your local store offering you 25% discount, free booze, guest DJs, New Look stylist & goodie bags for everyone - as long as you have your student card (damn them!)
